I’ve never been to a conference like Scifam. Having this app made it so easy to choose which panels to attend, to keep track of what my daughter was up with the kids camp, but most importantly for the connections. Having a child with a rare disease is hard. Being able to make new friends in the community is a gift that is so valuable. I loved the photo feature as well. Well done
loving this format which allows a personal profile, interaction among participants, private messaging as well as prep videos, PDF downloads, social media links and live interaction via a Zoom-like platform and a shopping link all in one spot. Currently I can’t think of a thing to improve upon!
I got notification for new connection request, but when I open the app it’s not there, it showed up few days after, after the event I got notification for the photos are ready to view, again when I went into the app , it’s not there!Another problem is you can’t zoom in, a lot of people in my age need reading glasses, but if you can just use your fingers zoom in the page will be a lot easier to see the agenda and know where to go next.

1. Option to hide meetings once they have passed in the agenda or take you directly to the next/current meeting.2. Create a check in feature. Organizers can know when all parties are in and can use that as a kind of roll call.3. On the agenda, segment the days so it is clearer. Or have a header that is bold and bigger.4. Make days collapsible. When you click the day it shows the events for that day. Or have an expand button or option. Thanks!
Not intuitive. For conferences, being able to develop a personal calendar with meetings, times, and locations is essential. This tool fails in that regard. It may have that capability but I couldn’t easily figure it out.

On the main page of the event you should see a button called “My Event”, there you have all the meetings, bookmarked sessions, and connections made. Great to have so much conference data in one app. Would be helpful if the schedule landed on current date and time each time it’s accessed. Otherwise, no complaints!

Having everything in one place sounds great until the app fails to recognize your connection to an event. Then you are left completely lost!First day of use and failure that has yet to recover so I can’t rate anything but poor.
