I have been doing bbg on and off for over since 2015!! Printing the pdfs 😆 this app is not only an amazing value ... it’s like getting multiple personal trainers at once - whenever you want them, but also extremely intuitive & well thought out with an excellent ux & great customer support! Kayla is the real deal & I’m grateful she has also created new workouts to support women as they age and can no longer do so many plyometrics 😅 forever a fan & client ✨🤍✨

Been using this app for years and I love that there are always new improvements, challenges, and workouts to try. I started doing home workouts then got the confidence to go into the gym. If I had a suggestion for improvement, I’d say to give the option to rearrange the sets so we’re not having to travel back and forth from one area of the gym to the other especially when it’s crowded since it takes time to set up.
This app is amazing! I have finished 9 weeks of the workouts. Last week I was certain I couldn’t do one of the exercises… but I was wrong! I did it, and I am so proud of the strength I am gaining from home, with ZERO equipment. I can’t wait to get back to the gym to add weights and to see my results then. Whether you’re using this at home as a busy mama (me) or you’re going to the gym with all the equipment you could ever want, this app is incredible!

I’ve been using this app for 7 years, and I’ve never gotten bored as there are so many trainers and programs that I can switch things up every few months! The variety is great as I’ve found programs to suit me from pre-kids, through 2 pregnancies, postpartum, and now finally back to my pre-kid fitness level. The functionality of the app is also great and has continued to improve over time
I subscribed so that I could get back to working out after having a baby, and the programs have been phenomenal. I break a sweat in just 20 minutes, and have seen an improvement in my strength/tone after just two weeks. My one gripe is that the app can be SUPER slow to load upon opening or when completing a workout. Not sure if there are too many users for their servers, but they need to fix asap.
With a yearly subscription to Sweat, I get access to so many different trainers and types of workouts. I can literally find anything I’m looking for and can switch it up at any time. To pay a little over $100 per year for an app like this is invaluable to me. I do my workouts at home and have been able to avoid gym fees which would cost me much more, and I still may not get the quality of workouts that Sweat provides. I have recommended this to all my friends!
