Love the Restaurant
Love Sweetleaf they have the best staff and quality food. The activate account instructions via email for the updated app was a bit confusing. I’d probably add more detail/make sure it’s up to date. I couldn’t find “activate account” anywhere on the app. Didn’t realize I had to click on the image that was sent to me via password reset email. Already had an account previously.
The App Is So Useless
The app is useless because you can't put your points on it for your gift cards only credit/debit cards. Me and my friends were all mad because when we went to get are points and spend them from are gift cards they said no we don't use them anymore we were so mad because we have been going there for years and you couldn't get your money from the gift cards we were all so mad and the thing is I have allergies so they know to be careful but the worst part is we didn't know about it so the day we went in to get the points and spend them I was mad so mad so I haven't been there in 2 months I don't think I will ever go back we are going to call headquarters because of that I would rate it zero stars but I won't!!! 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
Simple to use and pay, and get discounts
I only use the App to pay at Sweet Leaf. I don't know what other uses there are for the Ap.
It works on my iPhone every time, but occasionally the store location has a network issue, so you should carry another payment method just in case.
I get a $2 discount every few purchases so this works as well as I need it to. Hope it works for you too. (No, I am not paid for this or any review.)
