A slick Silicon Valley gadget for little people

I am just a little people on this new hype of Blockchain era. I have accounts on most of the major crypto platforms like Bittrex, Huobi, Binance, coinbase, evercoin and so on. It’s crazy for me to say this,
But I am addicted to this SWFT app.

Pro: SWFT is neat and clean, simple to use and cheap tool for managing and transfer cryptos. I can swap cryptos in less than 20 sec with the most competitive rate on the market; I can limit my order to execute at the rate I choose; I can even do arbitration with this cute little app. Oh, and by the way, the customer service girl is sweet and patient enough to walk me through how to use this app. One extra star added for the their customer service.

Con: UI and crypto volume.

Little crypto people like me I never thought Wealth creation would come in such a fun and easy way. I hope they can keep up the good work and go big I future!

SCAMMERS

The people working for this company are thieves. Make sure after you do an exchange, check to make sure they charged you properly for their fee. I know several people they have charged more and because it’s a small amount most people usually don’t check. It’s not ok to steal no matter what the amount is. And they are more than likely doing this to thousands of people. Also, be careful of their Telegram group. If you need help they are trying to scam an activation fee out of you. They are trying to say it’s people impersonating them, but it’s really them trying to steal your crypto. They muted me so I can’t post any more in Telegram because they were afraid of others finding out. I have 100% proof of this. In fact I’m reporting this b.s. to the CFTC. Good luck everyone! Be safe out there and don’t let these con artist steal your crypto. SWFT team shame on you! I hope you are shut down!!

We are sorry that you feel this way and want to understand why. Our fees are super transparent and visible on the exchange section in the app. The swap fees are 0.2% per swap (0.1% for SwftCoin holders). Our withdrawal fees are variable flat fees based on the quantity being withdrawn and the currency being withdrawn. Which fees do you have a problem with?

Regarding Telegram, we are aware that some of our admins are being impersonated. Our admins have visible Telegram admin badges and will never contact you first individually. They will NEVER ask for an activation fee to help you out. Recently, we have started posting our admins usernames in the pinned message on our Telegram community. We are currently working on alternative solutions to streamline our customer service operations.

I’m shocked this app isn’t at the top of everyone’s crypto must have list. Great functionality and clear that the team is building a huge network to leverage for future crypto adoption.
