Description
The Swift Connect app allows you to easily manage and connect your healthcare devices. Log in to the app using your Mayo Clinic username and password and easily connect your devices using Bluetooth. The vitals captured from these devices will be sent to your Mayo Clinic care team and will be available in the Mayo Clinic app.
