The Pipkins Mobile App for iOS version 1.1 allows agents to manage their schedules within parameters set by their workforce manager, as well as the ability to send alerts notifying supervisors of a schedule disruption such as a late arrival due to being stuck in traffic or being unable to work due to a sick child, etc. Also included are Time Clock In/Out, Vacation Planner and Self-Scheduling functionality.

App doesn’t work

Company ID I use on the website is stating it’s invalid on the app. App hasn’t had any updates in 3 years so pretty soon, this app won’t be functional at all. Website even states the copyright ended in 2016…

Invalid Company ID

This app is not usable. Works on the website but will not work on the app. Also no updates to the app in years

False invalid company ID notification

Tells me my company ID is incorrect even after verification with the company to make sure it was correct.
