Just answer a couple of questions and we'll handle sharing in the background! BULK OFFER TO LIKERS Just turn on the offer to likers bot and we'll automatically send an offer to new likers. You can also set a minimum profit to ensure you don't lose money when the bot sends offers. BULK RELISTING It’s been shown that older listings rank lower in Search Results and have lower chances of selling. But relisting old listings is tough, especially if you have a large closet. Thanks to our Bulk Relisting bot, you can answer a couple of questions, and we will relist old listing for you daily. We also give you the freedom to select listings you want to relist and we’ll do everything for you. BULK DISCOUNTS Ever wanted to create a Sale Event like department stores do? Suppose it’s summertime and you want to drop the prices of all of your sweaters. If you used the Poshmark app, you would have to find all the sweaters and drop the prices one by one. You’d also have to manually raise the prices to their original price when the sale is done. Thankfully, our Bulk Discounts tool lets you add discounts to multiple listings at once and even lets you reset the prices back to where they were with the tap of a button. RETURN ACTIVITY Automatically reciprocate Shares/Followers for those who shared/followed recently. After trying out a more popular similarly priced app I’ll be going back to this one once my month is up. I prefer this apps relisting and sales trends tools. I do wish there was a 10% increase relist option for items you have put on sale and a bulk follow option as I have seen in another app that I found helpful. But I do believe this app was more helpful to my sales than the other. 10/10

I was told by app support to cancel subscription

Buyers beware. I had been using SwiftSeller for probably two months. As a paying customer, up to that point, I was very satisfied with the product. It was working great- at first. However, I did something or something with my settings changed where I couldn’t get it to share the way it had always been sharing. So I contacted swift seller through the help email to get help to fix it. The person who responded to me tried explaining something that I wasn’t asking about. It was an obvious miscommunication. Even they said so. But instead of helping me- they gave me instructions on how to cancel my subscription and said there was nothing they could do. I am at a loss that this is the customer service that was provided. I was happy with the service. I didn’t want to cancel. I just needed help with my settings. But instead of getting help- I was told that I’m not wanted at a customer?! This is very sad. I cancelled my subscription and will go to Posh Sidekick. But buyers beware.

I’m really enjoying this app, and have found it very useful! The price point is great and I feel like it has increased my sales by quite a bit. The two features that I would love to see one being unnecessary in my opinion and the other being not as necessary, but would still be nice. Number one, please include a select all button for resetting prices after creating a sale. When you have to individually click over 1000 listings at times takes forever! Seeming how there are select all buttons for many other features in the app I don’t understand why there’s not one for this feature. The second thing I would ask is if you would be able to keep the app running despite navigating away from the app. Other than that I love this program and thank you so much.

The responses from the app owners are appalling! I wouldn’t expect an app to do work for me for free, but I also wouldn’t expect an app to charge so much, especially when there are other apps out there that do quite a bit of this as a part of its app features and for free. If that’s not enough, I expect to be treated with respect. I won’t use the app for the simple reason of their attitude. A little kindness goes a long ways. There is absolutely no reason to talk to your paying customers (or anyone for that matter) the way you do. Maybe try taking the constructive criticism in a way that helps your app gain a more positive exposure instead of being defensive and pushing people away with such a lack of respect on your part. They say that word of mouth is the best form of marketing and advertisement, yet word of mouth can also make or break your business.

You can ask anyone who has contacted me through the proper support channels for assistance. I respond as quickly as I can the minute I see a support email and do immediate incident response when crashes present themselves. Customers email me all the time and present constructive feedback and I implement them. I will do anything and go to lengths these other developers will not go to ensure SwiftSeller maintains the highest quality and consistency in user experience. For the past two weeks after the launch of 2.0, I have been running on barely any sleep working around the clock resolving issues and making the system more robust. I am that committed. I am active in the Facebook groups and keep tabs when people mention issues with SwiftSeller because I care that much about user experience. You can go through the Facebook groups and ask people who have interacted with me and can attest to my character and my willingness to assist those who treat me with respect. I am pro-active in monitoring everything because I care that much in a world where developers are driven by profit. I don't care about money. I don't need money. I won't name names, but most of these other clowns selling bots are just trying to make a quick buck. They ignore actionable feedback and stick to their rigid ideology. To those who lack a constructive tone and bring a sense of entitlement with them, I do not return the favor. I am not a doormat. If someone is complaining the app costs $22.99, how is that actionable feedback? What am I going to do with that information? With regards to there being less expensive options, no other app that has full around the clock background automation that works when the device is turned off and is less than $20. Server infrastructure costs money. Everything that happens behind the scenes isn't cheap.
