Chat list redesign Rebuilt the chat list with iMessage-style rounded cards on a grey background; solo, group, and demo chats now share one consistent card layout and size. Added relative timestamp formatting (now / time / Yesterday / weekday / date). Group chat improvements Group cards show a clustered avatar of members, with the most recently active member emphasized. Group titles now display member first names ("Ajmal + Mike + …") or a custom group name when set. Added the ability to set a custom group photo (replaces the avatar cluster) and to remove it (reverts to the cluster). Added in-header group name editing.
