The first Artificial Intelligence powered mobile application for swimming

You have to wear your iPhone or iPod Touch inside a waterproof arm-band.
This application is designed to be used as a wearable, meaning you have to SWIM with your device on, so the Artificial Intelligence algorithms can Identify your swimming.

Welcome to Swift Swim
Why swim when you can 'Swift Swim'?
SwiftSwim is the first Artificial Intelligence powered mobile application designed specifically for swimming!
SwiftSwim relies on Machine Learning algorithms to deliver unparalleled accuracy in identifying your swimming styles, performance and energy expenditure.

SwiftSwim is intelligent. It recognizes your movements, learns from your own particular swimming style which helps you improve by providing accurate reports of your swim training!
All you need to do is start the app, get in the water and train. This is the next step in intelligent wearable devices.

SwiftSwim is a very user-friendly application. All you need to do is calibrate your swimming styles once and you are ready to go. Simply strap your phone to your arm, and let SwiftSwim do its job.

Better feedback
Show instant feedback on screen? Yes, we do. But we also do more than that. There are many apps in the market that just "measure" and show results on screen. The accuracy of our Machine Learning identification processes allows us to identify your swimming form with over 90% accuracy! Way better than other apps and devices! It just works! And we deliver this result on a multidimensional dashboard, through our SwiftSwim.com website.

We offer you the best achievements feature. An intelligent module that defines what’s best for you and helps you improve your technique and performance! You can also create your own “virtual pools” and compete against friends from all over the world! You'll gain progressive benefits thanks to our measuring system. Why? Because it is made for you to improve the way you swim.

Fueled by Machine Learning
Machine learning is a subfield of computer science (CS) and artificial intelligence (AI) that deals with the construction and study of systems that can learn from data, rather than follow only explicitly programmed instructions. Besides CS and AI, it has strong ties to statistics and optimization, which deliver both methods and theory to the field. Machine learning is employed in a range of computing tasks where designing and programming explicit, rule-based algorithms is infeasible.
SwiftSwim has its core Machine Learning algorithm validated on its prototypes using R programming language, arguably, the most popular statistical computing modeling platform in the planet. And later deployed on parallel computer clusters optimized to get the best performance from our proprietary Machine Learning algorithms making SwimSwift one of the most powerful apps for fitness data analysis.

This is how it works:

SwiftSwim uses sensors found in Smartphones for its measurements. In specific: the gravity and acceleration sensors as well as the gyroscope and magnetometer.
This four instruments each capture data in a three dimensional axis. This means that for every hour that you swim, SwiftSwim captures over 5 Million data points, which translate into different metrics designed to enhance your swim training. SwiftSwim translates this measurements into precise swimming metrics by taking advantage of the power of machine learning. Machine learning is a subset of artificial intelligence. It mimics the human brain in the capacity of detecting and analyzing patterns.

SwiftSwim will consistently deliver more accurate results the more you swim.
This is because SwiftSwim continuously studies your swimming style and essentially learns how you swim.

With SwiftSwim’s technological advantage, you'll be swimming to a whole new level.
