I’m a very busy person and most of the time am not able to sit down and write my own swim workouts. This app has been able to be a starting point in writing a set out for me and I adjust based on my own skill and speed. It’s very helpful and i have recommended to many of my friends.

-They create weekly training that can go to 16 weeks where you can focus on breathing, technique AND/OR endurance.
-I can log and have a set created by day instead of a weekly plan
-I can set my training for Intermediate because I’m not a pro but I know how to swim.
-I can also set the distance for MY pool length in meters (or yards) and how often you swim a week.
-They send daily reminders only when I set them.
-They allow me to see how many calories I burn and how far I travel in meters (or yards)
-They set distance goals with cute panda badges
-I can focus more on the strokes like free or breaststroke more than butterfly and how often I want to focus on my legs
-Creates the sets fast and organized
I greatly enjoy this app.
-Once I set a training it’s set in stone unless I start all over (but I don’t lose track of previous swim lengths)
-They almost always have swim sets with gear that I don’t have (Such as a pull buoy)
Don’t waste your time with Apples “great” list of Fitness and Health. They are all overwhelmed with “BUY PREMIUM” or leave the app basically useless. That is the only reason this app isn’t on Apples Fitness and Health list.
This is the perfect app for swim training. No doubt.

I’m a new swimmer and this app helps so much. I tell it how many times a week I want to work out, what I want to work on, and how long I want it to be and it sets workouts for me. It’s really great and I couldn’t recommend it enough.
