Description
This utility is for Swimming Officials who are acting as timekeepers and need to calculate the "Official Time" from a set of times from stopwatches.
Enter up to three manual times and calculate the official time. The Official Time will be calculated in accordance with World Acquatics(TM) guidelines.

Version 1.2
Improved usability when entering times, algorithm updated to comply with the 2023 World Aquatics Rules update, thousandths of a second resulting from averages are dropped rather than rounding up.
