Great app - doesn’t open 1/2 the time

This app is fantastic. The work put into it is incredible and apparent.

However, the amount of ridiculous workaround and/or uninstall/reinstall or phone hard reset that needs to take place for it to work 1/2 the time is exhausting. Please fix these crashes/failure to launch

Handy app; could use a little polish

A photographer friend of mine stumbled on this app and recommended it to me. It offers novel, eye-catching ways to present series of photos on Instagram. I appreciate that the subscription isn’t the only option for upgrading the app — I’m happy to pay a little more up front for the sets of templates that I like the most, and then I don’t have one more recurring charge to keep track of.

Some of the templates have an aspect ratio that causes Instagram to cut the images off slightly if you choose to make normal posts out of them. The app also exports scrolling videos, and these templates work well for making those to use in stories and reels, but I’d appreciate the option to select 1:1 versions of those templates, too.

Buggy, counterintuitive, very limited options

The app crashed as soon as I uploaded pictures — tried 3 more times as an act of good faith but I got kicked back to my home page me every single time. Also, every step of the process requires a payment, I really dislike apps like that — maybe you should also consider charging for “opening the app” in your next update.

Fix your app before having the audacity to offer a premium paid options. Also, an onboarding or a tutorial could help: you leave the user learn the ropes by trial and error — not the best user experience in my opinion.

We cannot reproduce the crash issues on any of our devices. Could you please email me with more information - your device and iOS version may help us identify the problem.

Also, we do offer a lot of useful value in our free product, like our start from scratch option which is completely free. The paid options are only for extra premium templates. We do appreciate your input here though, and your suggestion for an on boarding tutorial we will take into consideration and update the app with it in a near future update. So thank you.
