always incorrect switch ID or password although i am sure it is correct and no one respond in ur support team

Adding another card

I’m unable to add a second card to my account because the keyboard covers the confirm button. Please fix that issue

Another huge issue is that why you guys wouldn’t make the app remembers the password when trying to log in? Or enabling touch ID/Face ID to log in instead of typing the password every single time before log in

There is another is that needs fo be fixed as well. Each transaction doesn’t show the merchant/website it was made on and that creates alot of confusion to the user

One more issue to bring to your attention is that creating a virtual card simply doesn’t work.

Hope you guys carefully read those issues and fix them asap.

Hello Dear ,
Now Issue is solved Button are shown , for finincial Application Password can notbe saved only user which we offer ( save switch ID ) .
application support with mini statment only ..
Merchant Name can be seen on statment of account that you can get it from website .. log in in your credential of application inside switch website to see full transaction or you can ask support team to send it to you through email .
virtual card will be announce soon .. keep in touch .. thank you

Could throw a zero if I could.

UI is barely functional, not to mention ugly and an absolute UX disaster. The service in of itself is beyond limited, full of hidden fees and just a pain. Simple things like support are unresponsive. Buttons do nothing. Blank pages, zero feedback on whatever action you try to do. Honestly regret spending so much money on this service, never touching it again.
