Great feature, when it lets you answer
We’ve been using this app for about seven months, and when it’s working, it’s great. But very frequently when incoming calls come in, it does not let you answer them, and becomes a missed call. It’s extremely frustrating, especially for those answering queue calls. Support always passes it off on your Internet connection, even though it happens on every Internet connection the phone is used on, whether that’s Wi-Fi or cellular. It’s obviously a bug that needs to be fixed
More Frustrating than an itch I can’t reach!
I am forced to use this app through my office. It doesn’t stay connected to the internet, so most of the time I have to call over and over again, often restarting the app several times before a call will even connect. I’m wasting so much time and this app has cost me so much money! Other than not being able to make a call when I need to, it works fine. lol
Very poor, erratic, flaky
Really just a terrible piece of software. I've been struggling with their app and upgrades for almost two years, and it's amazing how unreliable the application is.
Screens / pages don't populate, it never rings (all notifications are enabled), no call log or history shown (1 out of about 20 times something shows up), and though some days I can make outgoing calls, most days I cannot. Talk about having a mind of its own!
Have read their support data and tried all the suggestions possible.
With all the awesome VoIP apps on the market (and therefore software engineering talent), how come this can't be at least reliable and usable, even if limited with the feature set?
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
