Credit card recharge doesnt work!

Before i was able to charge with my card now everytime i try the app tells me “something went wrong”. I raised this to customer service chat but they couldnt do anything. Pls fix this asap

Support chat has no enter button to send chat

I tried to get support from in app chat support, when the agent came only there was no way for me to reply back, the return button on the keyboard only took the chat to the next line and there wasn’t a enter button visible anywhere to send reply
