All this will be done through the platform that offers private and secure video consultation. Users can choose their preferred therapist from reading a detailed bio and reviews about them from other users based on their experience. The app also has features that provide self-help exercises that assist users to better manage everyday stressors by capacitating them with various interpersonal skills.
