The Symbio® Service and Installation free app has all that you need to start up and service a Symbio 700 controller without a PC or other software service tool.
The app connects a Symbio 700 controller using Bluetooth BLE or Trane Connect Secure Remote Access when available.
The app also supports Symbio 800 chiller and IntelliPak controllers using Wi-Fi or Trane Connect Secure Remote Access to set up, monitor and service equipment.

Using the app, you can
• View the equipment status, alarms, and diagnostics
• Configure the controller to match the installed equipment options (Symbio 700 only,)
• View and edit setpoints and other operational parameters,
• View and edit schedules,
• Configure the controller to communicate to a BAS or Trane Connect for remote access
• Back up and restore controllers
• Update firmware from a USB drive
• LLID binding and Manual Control Settings (Symbio 800 only)
• View data logs
• Initiate test modes (Symbio 700 only)

It’s not working!

I download the app on the multiple phones tablets nothing work. When you open the app, everything is freezing. the main screen you don’t have any options to do nothing. Please fix it.

Needs pop up

Developer needs to check phone to see if tracking is turn off and if so request user to turn on for access to app. This would fix frozen screen at start up for uses who don’t read reviews before installing the app. Great app once you get pass splash screen.

Will not open

Only loads the picture of the glass building, nothing more. Bad enough the brand new unit goes into compressor lockout every night but their app doesn't work to reset it either. This will be our last Trane unit at this facility.
