Lipsi is totally awesome.
If any of you want to up your Instagram game, be it your stories or posts on your feed, the app “90s - Glitch VHS & Vaporwave Video Effects Editor” is what you need. It can be used to edit actual videos. You can create more than 30-seconds long videos with ease.
In Lipsi app The free effects are pretty cool: Glitch, Distorted, VHS, Pixelshift, retro, vintage – these are only a few. All you have to do is choose a video, choose the duration, and press and hold the filter to add it. The best part is that you can add a variety of filters in one video very easily. The longer you press, the longer the filter lasts in your video. It makes video editing extremely simple, which means pretty much anyone can now be an “aesthetic” Instagram “influencer” if they want to.

Oh my word this app is amazing!! The only thing is that you can’t put Apple Music behind it…it’s a lot like zoomerang except is not social and you can’t see other peoples stuff….and for that I say thanks bc my parents don’t want me to have stuff like that bc people post stuff that isn’t good and it can say bad words and stuff so! But thank you for making this cause this is kid and teenage friendly and it’s safe too! I love it the stuff has been great. I would see my friends do zoomerangs and I got this app last night and I’ve already done like 15!! It’s so much fun and it’s just like a really good app and again I’m so glad that it’s not a social app bc then I wouldn’t be aloud to have it and that would be a total bummer-pls make it more like zoomerang but not where you can see other peoples and no bad words but pls make it more like it
To Good To Be True
Look if you know me I am VERY picky and my parents make sure every app on my phone is safe I have ZERO social media apps and this is the only one I consider to be TikTok but it is not and it is just like real TikTok but safer I recommend this for anyone who has parents or someone who is overprotective of you to download this app because you can not get a profile it is private and to decorate your “Thumbnail” They give you the option to put virtual stickers on to show the mood of your very own Lipsy!
