With this app, Syringa customers will be able to view their network trouble tickets and receive
real time updates via push notifications about new tickets and ticket updates.

The trouble ticket displays supports sorting and filtering by value or date range so customers can quickly find what they are looking for. Additionally, customers will be able to view and create notes for a particular trouble.

Version 1.84

This update brings additional date filtering options for date range modal. For any table that has dates in a column, you can click the header to open the Date Range Modal for filtering and sorting. This modal now contains preset ranges for quicker searches. More than one preset can be enabled at once for more custom filtering. They can be found beneath the calendar by scrolling down and clicking whatever range you need.
