Superb app, futuristic service.
This app is magnificently designed, very useable and beautiful. The taxi service is prompt, affordable, and feature-rich. Ordering pickup with my phone for a WiFi-equipped electric car driven by a professional feels like I’ve been propelled into the future.
Awful design and possibly a scam
Downloaded app. Immediately wanted credit card. I don’t like to link credit cards to apps and pay cash. Nevertheless I put it in a thought I ordered a cab. Saw a note that my credit card was being put on hold then nothing. No confirmation of the booking. No cab came and I phoned to get one. There is no way of contacting anyone if there’s a problem with the app. Now I’m trying to find out if my credit card was fraudulently charged. I deleted the app. Will not deal with them again.
Price double what quoted
App is easy to use but the price is deceptive and tip is confusing and not user friendly.
I requested a ride that was quoted from $12 to $14 and the bill was $28. There was no special traffic or delays so price deception is built into the process.
The app also seems to require setting the tip before the ride.
This difficulty using the app and fake pricing will make me use Uber in the future.
Very disappointed.
