Had T-Mobile Fiber installed and the tech had me download the app. He tried numerous time to connect to the network and failed. He told me to try over the next few days and if it didn’t work call customer support. When I called, the agent sent me down a rabbit hole and caused the router to disconnect. Finally a competent helped me get internet back online but the app still will not connect.

I just signed up for T-Mobile Fiber. It’s far too soon for me to comment on the actual T-Mobile fiber internet, however, trying to perform the most basic updates to their Fiber app is an exercise in patience. You need to be ready to look at their spinning circle over and over again as it tries to revalidate everything constantly. What’s really frustrating is when it regularly tells you that it cannot update because it’s offline after just adding a new device. Never mind that everything else is working fine on the network. The layout and process flow of the app is fine. It’s solely a performance problem, but when you have 50+ devices on a new network to set up, it gets old real quick.

Constant spinning circle - updating a device name or assigning it to a room/person is an exercise in patience and takes MULTIPLE attempts to save. Disappointing functionality as well - no way to limit a person/room to a certain amount of internet time per day. I don’t care if my kids can ACCESS the internet between 9am-8pm but I’d like to LIMIT that access to 2 hours per day. No way to do that and the option was available in the Cox app. Also no security/parental controls in the app (aside from changing your WiFi password), no billing options in the app, and no way to assign a device to the network closest to it - only a static map.

Can’t speak to a person. The app won’t reboot device. Service has been disconnected and can’t get in contact with anyone to resolve the issue. T mobile said it was an outage but the site said issue was resolved but I still have no service. Can’t even post this without giving a star which I’m now trying to disconnect my whole and return to spectrum but can’t even do that cause I can’t connect to anything or a person cause it keep saying it’s after hours.
