I could barely get the app to read my transit card. When it finally did and I was trying to recharge the transit card and pay with my credit card… the payment failed and there was no security on the payment page either.

Later I look at my bank statement and the payment went through???

But this was not reflected on the screen when I went physically to a train station machine and successfully recharged my transit card!

Now I have TWO payments on ONE transit card.
I guess one payment is just in the queue until the first travel expires???

I’ve emailed TMB we will see how long the response will be……

After having gone through all the trouble of having documents verified to allow me to setup a web account then setting up a weba cct. Every login attempt still yeilds an 'unauthorized user' error.

Probably time to stop hiring monkeys to work on this app and time to hire humans, no?

A deemed easier to use app then going to the metro station but the complete opposite. Provides an option to “top up” your card but don’t be fooled, you absolutely cannot top your card up on the app and will just leave more frustrated then before.
