Good at transit
But terrible at transit payments. Welcome to Barcelona!
After having gone through all the trouble of having documents verified to allow me to setup a web account then setting up a weba cct. Every login attempt still yeilds an 'unauthorized user' error.
Probably time to stop hiring monkeys to work on this app and time to hire humans, no?
Great transit - horrible app
A deemed easier to use app then going to the metro station but the complete opposite. Provides an option to “top up” your card but don’t be fooled, you absolutely cannot top your card up on the app and will just leave more frustrated then before.
Useless app, the one thing it claims to do doesn’t work
The only function available for this app doesn’t work. They blame Apple since they don’t know how to implement transit cards on wallet and they can’t even read an nfc card. Useless app.
