LOVE this app!!!!

Been beta testing for quite a while, and this app is amazing. I love the interface, I love all the statistics, and I love that the developer is so responsive and genuinely does pay attention to people's feedback.

One time I requested a slight change to one of the features, making a text box bigger, and by like the next day it was implemented.

But besides that, it really makes tracking your life fun!!

I love it… but

Seriously this app is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve had it for several months and I love the customization options and how you can pay a one-time fee to get more options, rather than a useless monthly subscription. The only problem I’m having is that sometimes I’ll record a session or more and it seems to not be counted, especially when I log it with my Apple Watch. Kinda frustrating to keep seeing my streak reset to 0 when I know I used my Watch to log one or more sessions the day before. I also kind of wish there was an option to zero all of the tabs so that I can track things in relativity to the current moment rather than the previous session. It all resets to 5 if you lose your streak, but I wish there was a way for me to do that intentionally. Otherwise, this app is fantastic for tracking symptoms/moods and the UI is so nice. I’ve tried so many of these kinds of apps and this one is hands down the best.

great app for distracted peeps

i have a very hard time taking care of myself and this app really helps me keep an eye on everything i want to keep track of. almost feels like video game stats which is great for the way my brain works.
