Registration and payment with an American phone number and credit card were very easy. The English language content was also helpful as a first time traveler to Korea - would recommend.

Doesn’t work!
The one time I tried to use this app, it allowed me to enter my credit card and then said there were no available cars. This was after showing many available cars around me. Then, the app started glitching and never opened for me again! Seems like a scam to get your credit card info …

We're sorry to hear about your experience with our app. Please know that we take privacy and security very seriously. We don't store your credit card information, nor do we have direct access to it.
Regarding the app crashing, we're actively working on a fix, which will be released shortly.
As for the "no available cars" message while taxis are displayed on the map, this occurs because the drivers still need to accept the ride. Unfortunately, in your case, no taxi driver accepted the ride. You can retry calling a taxi, and often drivers may accept on successive attempts.
