This app is useful. I do 4 minutes training each time. I do high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. I always use this app.

I'm very happy with how easy this app is to use. Makes getting a few quick workouts in a breeze.

Please Fix the Watch App

I specifically purchased this app because of the watch feature. Super bummed! First, the watch needs to be in range of the phone (which does not make sense -- other apps such as FitList can be used independently of the phone). Second, even when the phone is within range (like 3 feet or less away from the watch) the watch app freezes and can't be used because it says it is disconnected. Even the phone version keeps glitching after each set. I am really disappointed. My Tabata workout was a fail today because I had to keep stopping to trouble shoot for a paid app. This is a great concept that I was willing to pay for, but as of today it is only worth one star for being visually appealing. Please fix this app and I will gladly update my review. I would love to give five stars with an updated version.

Dated— lacks features

On one hand, the price is right. And, the design is nice.

On the other hand, the app feels very dated. It does not support the screen ratio of my iPhone 11. There are black horizontal bars on the top and bottom.

Also, it lacks some advanced features. In particular, I would like to do two or three sets of exercises, with a short pause in between each.
