    Please fix the issues with the log in and sign up options. I am trying to sign up with my Qatar phone number the issue is that the number format is wrong and it is telling me to add a valid phone number. Please update and fix this issue so i can start using your services

    I am trying out different but now pay later apps and this is one of them I de decided to try out, but I didn’t even get to give them to the app because when I tried to make an account and sign up, they automatically bit me inside of a Saudi Arabia as my location so I was confused because and I thought that this was a problem on my end and I wasn’t looking and accidentally clicked something so I deleted it and reinstalled it. It’s still automatically bit me in Saudi Arabia so I was really confused, but I tried to still use the app, but since you need to verify your phone number to even begin to sign up, I can’t because the first three digits of the phone number is incorrect.

    We’re sorry for the confusion you experienced while using our service. Currently, Tabby is available only in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait, which is why the app automatically set your location. To create an account, please use a valid phone number from one of these supported countries.

  • One of the Worst Experiences Ever – Avoid Tabby at All Costs

    I rarely leave reviews, but the absolute disaster that is the Tabby app pushed me to write this. Their so-called “AI” is a complete joke - it’s not artificial intelligence, it’s artificial incompetence. It doesn’t work, doesn’t learn, and doesn’t make any sense. It’s like dealing with a half-functioning chatbot from a decade ago.The app itself is clunky, unreliable, and a nightmare to use. Basic functions fail at random, and when something inevitably goes wrong, there’s no real support or logic behind the system to fix it. It feels like no actual engineers were involved in building this or at least not ones who understand what user experience or functionality mean.It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with, especially when you’re trying to get something done quickly and the app decides to glitch, freeze, or spit out nonsense. Honestly, they need to hire real engineers and start over from scratch.

  • I did like Tabby but they are somehow scam

    I use Tabby more than a year now. I didn’t have any problems with them I everytime pay on time. But I had a problem with debit card I couldn’t pay I was waiting for my bank to solve it. And Tabby collect 15aed for each late payment which understands. And suddenly Tabby track down my others app in my phone which is not his. And send a message of 30ead fees on 2 weeks late payment. It’s was not even 1 week yet. And the lady who called said ooh it’s Tabby law. What law! I can’t even find your law in the app or website. You don’t mention it before someone use your service and then suddenly you put your own law. And also you don’t have the right to track others app is someone phone sut it down. I will never use this again. Just delete it. You guys are not honest.

  • Unauthorized notifications and spam

    I’ll keep this one simple. They spam your phone with notifications with no way to disable those stupid promo notifications they deliberately engineered. You cannot turn off marketing notifications in the app. In fact, the Developer will respond to this by saying “oh well you can turn off all notifications in your phone settings”. Yeah, that’s gonna disable everything, when would I really want is to disable your annoying push notifications, which serve no purpose, and waste of my time. ThanksIf you want more people to use your app and not get annoyed, Don’t shove notifications down peoples throats and give us an option to turn them off in YOUR app settings.

    My experience with Tabby has been nothing short of disappointing. Here are the biggest issues I’ve faced:1.No Clarity on Purchasing Power: The app provides no clear indication of your purchasing power or how it’s calculated. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to plan your purchases effectively.2.Uninformed Customer Support: When I reached out to customer support for clarification, they were clueless about how purchasing power works or the time frame for when it might reset. They offered no concrete answers or solutions, leaving me in the dark.3.Risk of Permanent Ban: Attempting to use Tabby multiple times without success can result in being banned indefinitely. There’s no warning or guidance on how to avoid this, which feels unfair and punitive.Tabby’s lack of transparency, poor customer service, and overly strict policies make it more of a hassle than a convenience. I would not recommend this app to anyone until these issues are addressed.
