Needs to be able to upload pdf from mobile. And even screenshots of document will not upload right as it only allows import from photos or the option to take photo. Many of us get all rate confirmations through email so why is there no way to upload pdf through the app? Once this happens then I think it will be good to go.

You can start an invoice by uploaded the PDF files to invoices directly through the Client Portal and your drivers will be able to upload the rest of the invoice documents through the app, or vice versa. I’ve been doing business with TAFS for over two years now. Through out my journey of starting my business I’ve factored my loads with them I’ve been able to receive small business loans when I needed more revenue to keep a float. The fuel card they provide gives me great refunds at the end of each month to get more fuel. I’ve had the road side service that was extremely helpful and I have also had help finding three equipments that they financed for me and allowed me to have easy payment plans. I’ve had three relationship specialist that were very helpful along the way. I appreciate this company and yes you can drop you factoring percentage rate along the way. Helena Giddens co ownership.
Worst Customer Service EVER!!
The have recently went automated on phone, you can no longer speak to a human! Wait forever for a call back on urgent matters(because that is only time I call, urgent matters). I have a funding problem daily and almost 99% of the time It does NOT get resolved same day which caused our company more money! Other then our rep I feel like no one there knows anything therefor nothing gets resolved unless I speak with my rep which is not available after hours! It’s never pleasant when dealing with this company! They harass my direct customers daily over rates that we have already verified! Please save yourself the stress and headaches AND MONEY, not worth it!!
