VR is amazing and beyond helpful.
The hands free access allows learning and following the forms attainable in my own home. The teacher has a breadth of knowledge and ability to demonstrate techniques in a manner that feel authentic to traditional Wudang Tai Chi. I’ve taken other classes and tried other apps, but nothing has worked this well for me. Meditation was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall experience. I would recommend this to any user, new or experienced!!!
Definitely worth the buy!
If you have even a passing interest in Tai Chi, this app will be an asset you won’t forget.
You can watch the movements in slow motion with accompanying descriptive text. You can pause and rewind. It’s truly a spectacular tool for learning Tai Chi. This will give you plenty to work on.
The music is superb as well. There are meditation instructions and VR that really take it up a notch. Great stuff.
Great Tai Chi App
Wanted to test this app for few weeks before writing this review.
Overall use of app is great. Easy to go through the menu. VR mode had few hiccups, but those were fixed on last update. Very informational and easy to learn Tai Chi and meditation.
Beginner or expert, this app is good to have it in your phone.
