Save time managing your health care. The TakeCare mobile application makes accessing and navigating through your TakeCare health plan easy and hassle-free. This mobile application is designed to be:
Mobile. It goes where you go. Use the location search feature to find a provider, pharmacy or clinic near you. Whether you need a specialist of general practitioner, you’ll have the complete TakeCare in-network provider directory at your command.
Personal. TakeCare members are able to view their member ID card information.
Simplified. TakeCare members are able to use a digital monthly fitness stamp card and wellness card (in place of the paper version).
Secure. Keeping your health information private is very important to us. You can rest assured that your information is absolutely confidential.
Who can use the TakeCare app? Everyone. Your don’t have to have a TakeCare health plan to benefit from features such as the searchable provider directory.
App is intended for use by TakeCare members and non-members who are residents of Guam.
