Wasted my time, and did not even care

I had placed an order online through their Talkin Tacos app. My order was to be ready at 5:18 PM. I was on my way to work and went out of my way to go to that restaurant for my first time. I got to the restaurant at 5:30 PM, my order had not even been put in. I was supposed to be at work at 5:30. I didn’t have time to wait. I asked for a refund and told them I did not have time to wait. I told him that was pretty bad. It was my first time to eat there and they could not get my order together. He didn’t even care to offer me anything to get me to come back at another time. I had already wasted my time and my gas and gone out of the way for their restaurant. I went to work without having any dinner because of their mistake. I had called them after I left the restaurant to explain to him what I had lost in the effort of trying to eat at the restaurant. He tried to argue with me about how I was the one being impatient. And how I could’ve waited longer for them to get the order together. Now if you look back and see that I was already 12 minutes past my pick up time. I wouldn’t expect much out of service from this restaurant. They sure don’t have respect toward their customers that they cause problems for.

I dont know the purpose of the rewards program ?!?

I have eaten from this place so much. I ate here 3 times in march. i have accumulated so many rewards points. I have never recieved any reward. I have only ever got a text for 15%off for using the app for the first time (which is 3 dollars). Lets be honest that aint no reward. There is no feature on the app for your reward. they get u to download the app with promises of rewards for spending your money here but it not true. havent had a reward yet.. the only thing this app is good for is ordering so your food is ready when u get there.
