    If you're unwilling to fix your mistakes, and your customer support is useless and just a name, I advise you to shut down. I contact you daily and try to reach you, but no one responds to my messages. I'm having trouble adding a card to complete payments, but I can't add a bank card to finalize the transaction. I try to add a bank card to complete the payment, but every time I try, the app asks me to try again, or when I enter the card details, nothing happens, even though I double-check that the information is correct. Your problem is that the app relies entirely on artificial intelligence without any human intervention to resolve issues. Because of your negligence and laziness in fixing the app's problems, when I tried to make a payment and add my bank card, I was only 8 days late. But because of your lack of cooperation in resolving the issues, I'm now 10 days late, and my account has been blocked.

    I used to love this app…Tamara’s customer service is hands down one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Let’s be clear: there is NO real customer support. What they call “support” is just a wall of useless bots spitting out generic, copy-paste replies that don’t solve anything.There are no real humans, no accountability, and no actual way to communicate when you genuinely need help. The only time they suddenly become responsive? When there’s late fees, penalties, or money involved. Funny how that works.If you have a real issue, a technical problem, or need clarification — good luck. You’ll be trapped in an endless loop of automated, brain-dead responses that completely ignore your question. It feels less like customer service and more like being stonewalled on purpose.This is not a premium service, not a user-friendly platform, and definitely not a company that respects its customers. A financial app with zero human support is a massive red flag.Do better, Tamara. Because right now, this experience is unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable.

  • Worst customer service

    I canceled my membership and they keep charging me. The first useless customer service told me my membership is active and that’s why i am being charged . The second customer service said my membership is canceled and i shouldn’t pay anything anymore. Then the 3rd said, even if you cancel you still need to pay the monthly payment. It seems I will pay for the rest of my life because i was stupid enough to subscribe to them. I asked them to show me a policy where it says i have to pay for 2 or 3 months after cancellation and i did not get a response

  • Life saver app!

    I absolutely needed this in my life. I recently ordered from Shein, and used tamara as my payment method. It deducted within 3 months. I didn’t want to pay all at once as i ordered a lot, and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money at once. Im so glad shein is collaborating with tamara. I feel like i can order anytime i want without worrying to spend a lot at once.

    Regardless of the business model, which been adopted frequently last couple of years. This app really blown my mind. Its even better than apple’s official apps. No bugs, easy to use, fast transition, great great great interface and reliable. The quickest refund I have seen !! I wish all my app could be as reliable as this !

    Great app, great idea, great service. My only comment is I wish I can find all the stores that support your service on the app, unfortunately some stores do support your service but are not found in app. How can I find all the places where I can use your services?
