Bad customer service
Bad customer service. They scheduled the order to be delivered on a specific date which I waited for a week. But it didn’t come. It’s one day late. And they don’t even inform if your order will be late. If they cannot handle the orders better not to accept on a specific date.
Awful application
Very bad experience with this application and ordering online. Tamimi really needs to improve the application, website and customer experience to really make it worth it shop online
Worst Service Ever
The service is horrible.. the order is never ready.. one time they told the driver to wait hours in which he will miss the quarantine 3:00 pm curfew.. the other time they said come tomorrow..
Worst customer service ever.. not sufficient nor professional..
I recommend other online platforms and applications who are more mature in this process and deliver
