TammyFit has been an absolute lifeline for me. It's not just about workouts and meal plans; it's about the journey it's taken me on – a journey of self-love and transformation. When I first started using TammyFit, I was struggling with confidence and feeling lost in my fitness journey. But with each workout and meal, I felt myself getting stronger, not just physically, but mentally too! If you do better with a gym buddy, join the challenges as well because the sense of community within TammyFit is truly something special. It's like having a cheerleading squad in your pocket, supporting you through every high and low. Thanks to TammyFit, I've not only seen changes in my body, but I've also found a newfound sense of self-belief and empowerment. Something I had definitely lost after becoming a mum. I also can’t speak highly enough of the customer support team. They’re incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make sure your app experience runs smoothly and all of your questions are answered. If you're ready to embark on a life-changing and holistic wellness journey, I can't recommend TammyFit enough. It's not just an app; it's a beacon of hope and inspiration on the path to becoming the best version of yourself. P.S.- I’d like to add that there is a large variety of workout styles on the app if you don’t enjoy lifting weights, and there are even several guided meditation videos on there that even the busiest person can find time for because they offer short ones as well.
I am never that person who submits any types of reviews. But this one is definitely an app I recommend for multiple reason’s and why not share my experience? To start off the app lets you select different meal plans ex: vegan, gluten free, vegeterian, family meals, healthy diy snacks and different standards versions. And as we all know to lose weight and maintain the weight off it starts with eating a more healthier. They also have meals that you can buy already made and gives you a detail in regards carbs, protein, calories and more. This has definitely helped me stay more consistent to my goals, also I am not vegan but I do love some of my meals to be vegan and the app lets you view all types of meal ideas. Now when it comes to workouts I definitely believe this is the best app on the market. You get to enroll into challenges for specific body parts or you can join programs that will allow you to plan your goals. In addition it has gym and at home work outs and due to the pandemic or having gyms close you will never miss out your trainings. And those are just a few things I fell in love with and of course customer service they respond asap and they don’t stop until they resolve your issues. This is by far my favorite workout app. I was using Sweat by Kayla Itsini, and I switched to this and am glad I did. Tammy is hot. I wanna look like Tammy. *So, after looking at the review before mine, I decided to give a little more detail, because I agreed with the previous reviewer, and I like this app, and I want it to be successful. First, I really like that the developer seems to respond to every review with a paragraph. It seems like they want to improve and see what people think; and that’s why I’m going to be more specific. I REALLY like that I can watch Tammy doing the exercises. I will actually do them with her. I believe she does them in a loop. I think it helps my form, and almost makes me feel like I’m working out with her. I would like more home based workouts. I hope they extend the selection. Also, I’d like more information given in the app about what pound of weights to use. Another thing is my app is not marking the workouts that I complete: maybe it’s just a glitch in the app. I’d like more information about what Tammy does specifically. After all, the reason I chose this app is because it’s Tammy’s app. For example, what size weights does she use? Does she do HIT everyday with her workouts? Is it okay to do the whole body workout plus the home booty workout at the same time. Just little things like that would be very helpful! Thanks!! 😊

So let me start by saying the reason for only 4 stars is due to the lack of complexity in the app but I’ll get to that later. For starters I just recently took the plunge of deciding to try Tammys app. I have always watched her on insta and thought why not? I originally used the app BBG and I did truly like it but it got boring to me as I wanted something more advance and focused on weights. Going from Kayla’s app to this app is probably why I feel like the layout of this app could be more organized and a little more sparkle so to speak. I find it bland🤷🏻♀️As far as the workouts go, like I said I just recently started it but I do enjoy what I see. I love that there is no timer and it allows you to focus on form and you can track what weight your lifting to see progress! Another pro about this app for me is that the meal plan is simple and stuff you can buy at your local Walmart. Some cons I would say if you aren’t already experienced in the gym then this isn’t a beginners app and you may benefit from learning the basics prior to starting. I feel like in the future some improvements can be made such as beginner weeks for people learning, organizing the app a little more as far as the workouts go, and also the macros... I used a calculator online and I feel like it’s more accurate than the app. No way I could consume over 200 carbs in one day! Regardless I love the app and hope they will extend the 8 week program to a 12-24 week!

I’ve been following Tammy on Instagram for awhile, and I’m constantly saving her booty pictures to my “Fitness Goals” bookmarks. You can tell she has put in some hard work to get to where she is, so after saying dozens of times that I was just going to breakdown and buy the subscription, my boyfriend gifted a year to me for my birthday. I didn’t really start using it until COVID-19 quarantine started, but in the few months I have been consistent, I have made huge progress. My boyfriend is constantly telling me how proud he is and how big of a change he can see in my body. I can’t wait until we’re allowed to use our apartment’s gym again so I can really make some gains. But even just doing the home booty workouts 3 times a week and abs and arms sporadically, I feel so much stronger and my booty, while somewhat thick before, is now muscular and toned. I will definitely continue to use this app for years to come, and I’m excited to see what updates you all bring us. I’d love to see the option to edit/rearrange your calendar. Sometimes life gets in the way and I get off by a few days, so I wish I could just pick up where I left off rather than feeling like I’ve skipped multiple workouts.
So many different food plans to choose from. The standard food plans are awesome. (Haven’t tried any others yet but I will definitely get around to them) Doesn’t cut out any food groups so I’m always satisfied and never hungry! I feel great eating these healthy, nutrient packed foods -more energy, sleep better at night, my body feels clean and charged. The recipes are easy and super tasteful. I never get sick of anything. Although, it can be time consuming (as any meal plan can be, when you’re cooking your food fresh), there is a way to organize and meal prep if you don’t have the time to cook before every meal. The grocery list helps a TON! This is not a “crash diet” where you drop weight extremely fast just to gain it all back when you realize it’s extremely unrealistic and fall off. It actually doesn’t feel like a diet at all it is definitely a lifestyle and an enjoyable one that is realistic while giving you actual results and gets you to your goal. You drop weight the way you’re supposed to at a slower rate while keeping muscle. There are also different options for people who want to lose, maintain or gain weight. I chose lose, that’s why I’m talking about dropping weight. The workouts are just as awesome. There is literally something for anything you’d like to do. So many different options helps switch it up and keep it interesting. Tough workouts while still being enjoyable. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into both the meal plans and workouts by people who have a true passion, want to help others and know what they’re doing. She also keeps adding stuff and making her app better and better. Love this app -100% worth it!I’ve never wrote a review about anything in my life. This is the first review ever so that says a lot!

For everyone upset claiming this is too much money and to just get a personal trainer, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Personal training (good and effective ) can cost you upwards of $300-$1k vs an app that gives you a daily breakdown of everything you need INCLUDING recipes, grocery lists, and measurements on top of your work outs. 1 year for $75? That’s cheaper than 1 month at my gym. Invest in your well being. $75 and then not worry about it for a year? Done. As for the work outs, I love that I can filter gym based vs home and there’s video on exactly what I need to do. My only hiccup is that if I started the program on a Monday it doesn’t readjust itself based on what day you started which confuses me at times. Also if there was an option for meal plans that were without seafood (not vegan or vegetarian but I cannot have seafood due to allergies) that would be amazing. Honestly I’ve been working out for a min and this was exactly what I was missing, I’ve been so sore which I haven’t felt in ages and really been able to take the guess work out of my days. Thank you Tammy and team, don’t listen to those who want everything for free. People need to make a living off the work they put in too.

I just finished the 8 week at home booty program and let me just say that my lower half felt sore for the entire 8 weeks! If anyone doesn’t believe her when she says “made not bought” then try her app and you’ll learn real quick that that physique is achievable. The app has you do the same workouts for four weeks in a row and it was actually very refreshing knowing what to expect; it made me push myself every week with heavier weights because I was confident in the motions and the videos for each workout taught me the correct form which was very helpful. I will say that my booty did get a surprising amount of gains within the 8 weeks. The meal plan options are great as well. I didn’t follow a specific plan but there are lots of recipes to browse through and the ones that I tried tasted amazing especially for how low calorie they are. The only problems I had were a few glitches with the app ( it froze a couple of times) however the developers were ready to absolve the issues quickly. Overall I’m very happy with the app and will continue to use it!
I am absolutely In Love with this Tammy Fit app. She really set it up to hit everything you would need for a body transformation. Her meal plan is great and easy to follow with tons of options and her workouts are spot on! After day 1 I could barely walk lol. But they’re not too intense just intense enough so anyone can use it. Very easy to navigate through. Those are my Pros.Cons for me (because nothing is perfect) would be for the HIIT days; there should be a 2 second delay after hitting the timer for you to get in correct position for the workout and ding sound letting you know when to start and when the 30 seconds are up and to stop. I had to get into bad form for some of the workouts because I had to keep checking the timer to see if it had stopped or not instead of just going hard on the workout I was doing. And for the price we shouldn’t feel we need to download a separate fitness timer to have this available. The only other con for me would be the challenges location. The 8 week challenge itself that I signed up for is amazing but I had to message in because I couldn’t find it. It happened to come up when I clicked a little star icon and it was pretty straight forward from there but there wasn’t anything telling me to go to the star for the program. Tammy did have an intro video but I couldn’t hear her. My audio on my phone is perfect. I even checked it on other apps and deleted than reinstalled the app to make sure it wasn’t an error in my part. I messaged the Tammy fit team and they couldn’t figure out why it was happening to me. Not a huge deal because the app can work without needing to watch her into video but that may have told me where to find the challenge. Otherwise I rate this my favorite fitness app and favorite challenge ever. 100% recommend.

I’ve been using this app for about 6 years now and the most recent makeover they did left a lot to be desired. It doesn’t keep track of the weights you’re doing even when you input them. So when I get to that workout the next week it’s set back to “0 lb” again so what’s the point of being able to enter the weights? I also wish it allowed you to select which days you want to do rest on, rather than just choosing for you because if I miss a day the schedule is just all messed up. There are some other odd UX bugs too, the app development team needs to go through everything with a fine toothed comb because there’s some odd instances where you can’t type in certain boxes in the settings/profile section, you can’t keep track of the weights, the videos aren’t syncing with the actual workout (it’ll show me the video for the next or previous workout) etc. The list goes on, anyone who actually uses this app daily as intended feels my pain which almost makes it more frustrating considering the issues are so blatant and haven’t been fixed even with the latest “bug fix” update. Unfortunate because the programs are excellent but for what we are paying you would think the app would at least be more functional. Kind of frustrating.
