Why does this have less functionality than the Android app? I should be able to update firmware from the app.

All of the functionality here looks super cool; focus pulling and marks, ability to change focus angle, timelapse focus. I would fully use all these features but being made to buy a $50 accessory to use them discourages me to try them. Android has wired connection just please bring it to iOS.
