On the new iPhone X, 2 hours of on screen time takes 41% where Lineage 2 on High settings takes 35% in 3 hours. Lineage 2 is a largely better in terms of graphics requirements, so I’m unsure what exactly is killing the battery on this game.

However, the developers did place a Battery Saving mode in the game. With this turned on and Battery saving mode turned on via phone settings, it only takes 22~% which is what I would imagine this game being without the necessary switches.

It’s a very fun take against traditional tower defense games, putting its own spin and pay to win system. Don’t be discouraged by this because the pay to win is more for pay to get farther faster. With 5 hours in the game I acquired $75 worth of their currency. Anybody who plays free to play knows that this is amazing and fair.

I really recommend this game for anyone who needs a time killer but also a strategy TD in the gear dungeons. So much fun on the daily train rides of Tokyo.

Interesting concept but overall flawed grinder. “Tap” aspect only relevant until 2-3 ascension and game quickly expires into a boring grind fest. You have a limited number of potential characters but essentially it’s the same archetype. There are a few interesting but poorly excuted ideas about skill trees, but they are linear and have no path other than to dump more points into them. The layout is incredibly boring with now ways to modify the pathway. I unlocked almost everything in the game before the game failed to load. Decided to reinstall the game and lost al data. Overall the game is fun for a few days. The incredibly overpriced in game purchases are completely lazy on the developer side and wouldn’t have an issue if they made smart unique perks. If they add something more unique I might reinstall the game. For reference I think I had about 30 ascension (level 1000+) all but one or two legendary characters. Sorry guys but this game isn’t much more than a good time idle/tap for a day or two. I spent a few weeks :)

I have been loving this game. In terms of idle games, this has been the first one I haven’t moved on from after a few weeks of mindless play. It’s engaging and thoughtful when you want to play, but you’re not losing out on a ton of stuff when you’re busy and don’t have time to play. It’s also not in your face with ads. You can watch ads to collect gems which will help you get ahead, but they’re not constantly forcing you to watch.

That being said, I’ve finally made it past level 2500, but the achievements doesn’t recognize that I’ve long ago passes this bar. whenever I pass that point(even from the first time) the achievement pops up but a server error pops up when I try to claim. Quite annoying because I used that achievement to keep track of my highest level reached.
