Happy New Year! We decided to make improving the TapGuest Host App our New Year's resolution and we proudly announce (queue the trumpets a playing) that this is the NEW AND IMPROVED TapGuest Host App! (Pause for applause).
So what's new? First, we added an all new real time chat & support message center. Next, we listened and added prior guest history recall - when a guest who's dined at your restaurant in the past is added to the list, we provide important data like visit frequency, avg party size, days since last visit, etc.
We also listened, and added overall stats access from the history tab; you can search date ranges and see performance data like avg covers per hour, etc! Not enough? Ok, we also added lots of under the hood improvements, security and performance enhancements, iOS compatibility, and if that isn't enough, we also migrated our systems to faster and larger servers and inter-connectivity systems which makes TapGuest (already the most responsive waitlist app) even faster and snappier!
We think it's a great update, and we are proud of the results and we hope you agree! We aren't resting on our laurels though; we've already begun work on the next round of enhancements and features and we cannot wait (pun intended) to get another new version into your hands very soon!
