Some payment types, such as transit tap-ins (for example TfL), may not trigger the automation. Designed for privacy taptap does not connect to banks, cards, NFC, or payment networks. All data stays on your device. No accounts. No cloud storage. No tracking. Only the payment amount, merchant, and issuer are passed into the app through a user-configured Shortcut.
