Great app, great customer support!
Honestly love using TapTap! Had a bug last week and submitted a ticket about it. Support reached out within an hour and helped suggest a solution that seems to have fixed the issue. Not the first time support has come through with timely responses! And they always follow up as well.
Terrible design change👎🏽👎🏽🤦🏽♂️
You ruined the app when you changed the logo, huge mistake. No matter what little improvements you make they will likely not make up for how much you have downgraded almost everything, and with that, I would definitely replace this app if I could find another one like it but better. To put it simply the site was basically perfect but for some reason your selfishness lead you to trash the mobile version making it useless. I really hate that you’ve forced us to use the only other mobile option, your now L version of the app, I also really hate that you removed the ability to see the # of preregistrations, very bad decisions. And on top of all that, you’re allowing all these perverts to post mass amounts of pointless ai hentai which takes away at least some of the enjoyment of the actual gaming aspect. The app used to be pretty good but now it's mid at best, and the computer version is only slightly better and that’s only because each game shows when it was last updated and it still shows the # of preregistrations. The website and app peaked in 2022
Kinda useless
As you can tell by the title of this comment there really is 0 point of having this app there’s nothing really special about it all it does is tell/show you where and when games drop. It also allows you to pre register for games but that’s pretty much it. When somebody told me they used this app I wanted to check it out cause I thought you could actually download and play games that weren’t out yet for your country but nope it just tells you when the game will drop which you coulda easily googled. Soooooo 1/5 stars really pointless and a waste of space on your phone
