Vector Check It 4+

Good app however, the last few mornings their has been an issue with the app opening. This has caused check offs to be late. Also, need better details in the instructions for setting up the Check It app. And videos with step by step instructions

Every time I access the app on my own phone, it requires me to type in my entire work email address (which is long) and then type in my password. The app doesn't allow you to save it in your passwords. It normally takes 3-4 attempts due to having fat fingers. It also has NO functionality other than doing equipment checks on my phone. As an administrator, its useless for entering new equipment, especially the barcode part. It would be nice to be able to scan new equipment barcodes with my phone camera to enter it, even if i do have to do the rest of the data entry on a desktop. This app missed the mark as far as I'm concerned.

Terrible App! Nothing but problems, so many problems that I don’t ever submit a truck check on the app. Takes forever to load, not a great system. The app keeps crashing and it won’t allow me to even access the system. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it multiple times trying to get it to work. Operative IQ is used at another service I work for and is millions of times better. I recommend your agency steer clear, also the set up of the system itself took months for our company.
