I ordered packs of juices and Coke. The images clearly show sealed packs, but I received individual pieces instead. I shared pictures on WhatsApp, and the only question I got was whether the items were damaged. That completely misses the point — the paper towel pack has a hole, which is unsanitary, especially since it’s used with food. The order was supposed to be sealed packs, not opened or loose items. It’s very disappointing that this is so hard to understand. I paid for sealed, clean packs as shown in the listing, and that’s exactly what I expect to receive. Now, I have to wait because the complaint will be sent to the warehouse.

and wait weeks for your refund. Tawseel have been bad for some years now, not sure what I was thinking placing an order with them again! I recommend you go to other online shopping alternatives. Their costumer service just says they placed a complain for you and you are left without your money or your product until they decide to refund you. Now I’m waiting on my “call back” from complains department, knowing there’s a holiday coming up I probably won’t get my call or refund til after the holidays. This is not the first time this happens with me. Very bad service. Don’t waste your time.

Who ever programmed this app, didn’t know what they’re doing. I have never seen an app that glitches as much as this. Sometimes I even get the feeling that they make you think it’s all over Kuwait delivery but actually they control what areas to deliver to. It’s totally fine to block some areas under certain cases , but don’t tell us it’s because of glitches and waste out time trying and trying.
Ordered for delivery on Thursday 5 PM - i was contacted before 3 hours for early delivery even though I informed them on the phone that i am not available. Then, they contacted again after 2 hours of planned delivery time for delivery and they said “we will arrange with delivery management team as soon as possible” and i have been calling them for total 6 times yesterday with the same response till 11 PM Will not order from them ever again!!

This is probably the sixth time i got scammed for my money and didn’t get any online giftcards sent through email , i talked to customer support then they just replied once and make up stupid excuses then they never reply , if you want your money back I suggest you sue them for all the money you got scammed, i even bought a chair and it arrived broken so yeah I don’t advise anyone to buy from here

This app is horrendous. That’s the understatement of the century. They are always late. The app is infantile. Every single time I pay for things, it lags and stops taking payments. I have to pay twice for it to work. If I had ordered from Tesco on an international scale, I would’ve gotten my order faster and paid more efficiently. However due to my negligence I swam in the swamp of groceries called taw9eel.
