The app will enable a modern application based on the principle of Umrah Al-Badal, which is permitted by the tolerant Islamic religion, so that Muslims, especially those who are unable to perform the Umrah and Hajj rituals for any legitimate reason them to enjoy the reward of performing such rituals.
The rituals of Umrah, Hajj, and some charitable deeds without detracting from the reward of those who perform them in the slightest
Accordingly, the company has taken advantage of this Islamic license to provide an application that gives the service requester the advantage of choosing the ritual and the advantage of tracing the steps of its performance from its starting point to its end, taking into account the matters and steps as mentioned in the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet.
A special part of the app has been developed for any performer ready to do the Badal Umrah or ritual, where the application can provide him a step-by-step guide based on an artificial intelligence logic helping him and directing him to perform the ritual as stated in the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet in addition to rewarding him for performing such a task.

تطبيق جيد
التطبيق في حد ذاته ليس سئ و لكن يحتاج للتطوير حتي أتمكن من متابعه المؤدي و تتبعه علي gps ايضا تحديث الموقع يتاخر
للأسف بعد اختيارك للعمره لا يمكنك تعديل الاسم او التاريخ او هوية المؤدي يجب ان يكون هذا متاح
كذلك يجب ان أتمكن من التواصل مع المؤدي او اختيار المؤدي بناء علي تواصله مع الموكل
ايضا اشعر ان عمل عمره في العشر الأواخر استغرقت اقل من ساعه شي غير منطقي!
خدمه العملاء يتأخرون كثيرا في الرد و لا يردون أبدا علي الواتساب
رجاء يكون هناك متابعه ٢٤/٧ خصوصا في شهر رمضان و ذلك لمراعاه فروق التوقيت حول العالم المفروض ان هذا التطبيق للتيسير علي غير المستطيع من خارج المملكه العربيه السعوديه
الفكره جيده لكن تحتاج الكثير من التطوير

تطبيق سيء عملت عمرة ك مؤدي وفي اثناء ادائي العمرة علق التطبيق وحاولت اتواصل مع الدعم لكن مافي اي تجاوب وقمت بتوثيق كل شي لكن بعد يوم ردو عليا وقالو بنشوف الموضوع وبالاخير مااعطوني اي ريال بحجة ان النظام عندهم دقيق وانا موثق لهم كل شي وتواصلت معاهم لكن على الظلم ذا فين بتروح من رب العالمين؟
