Still clueless
Uber figured out how to provide a superb app, seamless payment and great customer experience in 2009.
It’s 2022 and Mai Linh still hasn’t figured it out.
You can’t even trust if the auto payment with credit card will work properly.
Bank shows transaction gone trough and driver says he still wants money.
A disgrace to the Vietnamese people.
I think I still have to use apps like Grab and Be because I’m sure Mai Linh will take about 12 more years to get this done properly. If they are even relevant in 2034.

Call is better.
Address in map is not correct, driver goes to wrong place without calling, then cancel after that.
Driver ask me destination without checking application.
Dirtier call me as soon as I booked taxi.
It is pointless application.
