“We used Taxicode multiple times in Glasgow and were always quite impressed our drivers. Especially our last, leaving the city. I managed to drop my phone in the cab and didn’t realize until he drove off. Almost immediately used my wife’s phone to call mine. Took a minute but he answered and volunteered that he’d return it shortly. Had it back in less than five minutes. KUDOS for such excellent service. ”

We booked a trip from Tower Bridge to Heathrow on Christmas Day when little else was available. The driver was on time and was available by phone to help us find him due to our confusion about the pick up spot. The ride was comfortable with a great view and great conversation. I will definitely use the app again when I travel.

I had a really bad experience last night after arranging a booking in Taxicode from Gatwick Airport in London. My family was arriving in the country for the first time on a late flight at Gatwick from JFK last night and our experience with Airport 24x7, and by extension the app, was terrible. First of all the driver arrived 30 minutes late for a scheduled 11:35pm booking. When calling the telephone number provided, the man who answered the phone told me that the driver was only 5 minutes away. Clearly this was false. When the driver finally contacted me at 11:46 PM he then informed me that he couldn’t meet me at the taxi stand but I should go to some drop off point in the airport. Upon arrival after midnight, the driver then informs me that he doesn’t have room for 3 passengers and our luggage and that he can’t refund my payment. So I was forced to send my family along in the car while I had to fend for myself back to London from Gatwick. The app did not allow me to see what I had originally requested to dispute this driver and the heavily accented manager that the driver called up after arriving 30 minutes late, nor did I have any adequate recourse or assistance when the effective gypsy cab driver shows up. I might have saved some money with the service but I will never use it again.

I was very disappointed with the service from this app. I was told my return trip was confirmed to and from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium the day of my trip. The trip to was perfect but coming back they cancelled my trip about an hour before we were to be picked up causing me a lot of stress since this ride was pre planned In advance for my group of 6. We had to figure out a way home which was a total nightmare. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone

We had the best service possible. The app worked seamlessly unlike the others. Our driver was on time, pleasant and went above and beyond to assist. We were going to two terminals and he made sure we were able to navigate smoothly. I highly recommend.

I ordered a taxi and never got a confirmation. I called the company 10 minutes before the taxi was supposed to show up and was assured that the taxi was on its way. I then call 10 minutes after the taxi was supposed to show up and nobody picket up, so I ordered an Uber (and barely made it to my destination in time). In the meantime, I was charged for the taxi that never showed up (and got charged twice for what Uber charge me). Seems like this device is a scam.
