The TaxSaver Plan App makes it easy to track Health and Day Care FSA, and HRA plan balances. You may use the app to also submit claims, review claims and review the status of each debit card transaction, if applicable. You must first create a username and password on the TaxSaver Plan website at www.taxsaverplan.com. Needs to be upgraded
I called and spoke to a nice young man but he said or you can bypass the upgrade problem. I would like to know what the magic word to make that work is?!?! Why can’t you make the app appropriate for IOS 11??? I need to use that app and it makes me want to hurt someone!!!! I contribute every month but where can you see it ( not on apps)or turn in a claim. Makes me want to not use your company. You are so anal about the receipts for claims and you can’t even get ur app right :( FIX IT PLEASE!!!
This app doesn't work anymore
The app USED to work, maybe when it first came out years ago. But now that I'm trying to use it again, first it tells me that my phone will be slowed down because the developer has to update the app. Then when I log in, the app closes. I'm going to delete and reinstall, see if that works.
Bugs and Few Features
Was hoping this app would do something helpful. No, it did not. Not all the features of the website, and the app logged me out mid session. Not clear on the meaning of the status of my claim, and no where to go to seek clarification.
