Bad experience ever
I have been using many online banking since 2015, I see how banks are try to add new feature to impress their clients, but what happened in this bank is beyond the imagination.
One of the foolish app i have ever use
Same on you with your revenue you can't give your clients the satisfaction
Not satisfied
For really it’s one of the worse banking applications I have ever used, it’s been a week I try to activate my Visa card and it doesn’t respond, no new features, no user friendly. A small company like a fastpay did better than you. At least look at rafidayn QI application
Bad experience
This is the first time in the world that bank doesn’t respect their clients, no app development, no new features even inside the bank the services are really bad, the employees aren’t respecting the customers and to go in specific way this bank is 56 officially.(miserable experience)
