Worst app I have ever used
The app is buggy. Constantly disconnects even standing within a foot. Have to disconnect, delete the app, reinstall only to have to repeat 2 days later. Cheap and worthless development.
Maybe a high school student could fix this.
TC Fire app
My app stopped working too. Replaced the backup batteries in wall controller and disconnected the network cable and reconnected. Fireplace came back up in App screen. Works great.
Doesn’t work
I went through the instructions adding my fireplace but no controls appear after doing that as the instructions say should appear in figure 24!
