TCB 2Go is a mobile banking solution that enables The Citizens Bank customers to use their iPhone or iPad to initiate routine transactions and conduct research anytime, from anywhere. Customers can view account balances and transaction history, view account alerts, initiate account transfers and pay bills.
TCB 2Go supports all account types including checking, certificates-of-deposit, money markets, loans, and lines-of-credit.

Step 1: Login to NetTeller Internet Banking: www.TheCitizensBank.cc
Step 2: Select Options - Mobile Settings - Web Mobile Banking
Step 3: Select to “enable web access for you mobile device”, select to receive/not receive text message alerts, enter mobile phone number, select provider, select accounts to access via web. Click Submit.
Note: If No is selected for Receive Text Message Alerts, a text message for confirmation of enrollment, transfers, bill payments, will not be sent.
Note: At initial enrollment, the first account will already be checked.
Step 4: Review enrollment information. Check “I accept these full terms and conditions.” Click Confirm
Step 5: A confirmation screen displays confirming enrollment. If text alerts have been chosen in the previous step, you will receive a confirmation text message that includes the URL to access TCB 2Go mobile banking website.

Updating an older review 8/1/22
The app has improved greatly over the years but the online banking system behind it needs some work. Resetting my password every few months is a royal pain. I’m always trying to manage on the fly and have been locked out several times I’ve the past few months and always have to call in to reset it, whether or not it’s convenient. At this point I’m running short on memorable passwords to use. Please change this!
Please upgrade this app and make it better!
Delete and reinstall constantly
This app never loads for me. The wheel just spins and spins for days until I delete the app and reinstall it. I also get locked out frequently and have to call local branch, who directs me to the 800#, and back to main branch in a vicious cycle in which I am constantly frustrated. Enough to switch banks.
