App is janky
The steps in the app allowed me to connect the earbuds, but then the app doesn’t recognize the headphones are connected. This results in me not being able to control any of the settings for the headphone (pass through, noise canceling, changing what touches on the earbuds do, etc.), which results in the earbuds not working well. Please help!
No way to register watch
Literally have no option to re-register my child’s MT40 watch after getting a new phone. I’ve unpaired on the app on my old phone e, but there simply is is no “wearables”
option for pairing. The watch itself is also garbage. Battery lasts a few hours and the tracking is terrible too- slow and never up-to-date. Defeats the entire purpose of having this watch/app
Will not connect to watch.
I purchased a TCL smartwatch and there is no option to connect it to my phone. I’ve restarted both, factory reset the watch, and there is no way to connect them. There is no way to add a device to the TCL app either. Only routers and headphones are listed on the app. I’ve tried everything that I can think of. This app is so poorly designed and I’m both frustrated and disappointed.
