High-level soccer play requires players to execute skills by reacting under high pressure, in small areas with speed, accuracy and consistency. The Soccer Lab helps to prepare youth players (4+) for this level of play.

I grew up doing most of my training in my parent’s basement. I would put in a soccer skills video (VHS tape) and follow along for hours. I had very little room, but it never kept me from training hard and building confidence!

I truly attribute much of my soccer development to these days training in the basement.
This app was designed to replicate that training, but in a more convenient and scientific way.

All you need is this App, a soccer ball, and a little bit of room.

I will be providing specific courses (e.g. maximize power on your shot), the skill of the day, every day of the week, where you can follow along and train, as well as future contests and free access to my new podcast “The Soccer Science Podcast”.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and former Health Scientist for the CDC, I feel, along with my passion and experience teaching skill to youth soccer players, that I am uniquely equipped to provide you with the best training methods and inspiration to maximize your potential.

My methods short-cut the gap from where your child is to where your child wants to be. This training is for the serious player (complete beginner or advanced) who desires real improvement, real fast!
